What Can I Return?

You may return any item within 30 days that is unused and in new condition. Exclusions apply. See our full return policy below for details:

Items Not Eligible for Returns/Exchanges

  • Returns received in damaged or used condition
  • Returns received with damaged or incomplete original packaging
  • Items marked as final sale or not returnable on the product page
  • Free gifts, promotional or discount items
  • Customized and/or special order items
  • Shipping charges
  • Customer choose wrong size

Additional Return Policies

  • Item(s) being returned must be like new in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, etc.
  • Shipping expenses to send a return back to us are the responsibility of the customer. Consider insuring your package for the appropriate value, send with a method that can be tracked and retain your tracking information.
  • If an order had free shipping, our original cost of shipping will be deducted from your return amount.
  • If you placed an order outside of the US, importation charges/taxes/duties are not refundable by us, and may not be able to get refunded. We recommend reaching out to your countries customs department to see if there is an opportunity for some sort of refund.

How Do I Return an Item?

1. Simply email [email protected] stating your order number, model name, date of purchase and reason for return/exchange. Our customer service team will provide assistance and issue you.

2. Attach our address label on the outside of the shipping carton.

3. Send your item with proof of purchase to our sales office as stated on the address label.

4. Once we receive your item we will process it and advise you if there are any problems or further charges, you should allow up to 28 days for this service. We can only refund using your original payment method.
